Our ceiling is 80% done up. Tiling work is only 15% done. Tiles are laid for the living balcony and Household Shelter. For these 2 areas, we are using the same black color 300x300mm homogeneous tiles. First impression of the tiler is he is serious and good at his work. He actually sort out the tiles, tile according to the similar color tones and patterns. He has also give good advise to H*B tiler whom going to rectify their own error. The water flow in our common toilet got problem. Lucky got Colin's tiler, I can't imagine them re-do the tiles, and make us pay them more $$ as the floor tiles were bought from their private tile shop.

H*B has installed the 2 toilet aluminium framed bi-fold doors. Nice doors. :-)

Bought all of the lightings from Chelsea L*ghting @ Jurong West Street 31. The lady boss B*tty served us. Bought total of 14 PLC downlights, 5 Halogen lights and 12 lighting fixtures. Of which there are 4 small + 3 medium size 'Milo-tin' round lights. The 2 top most expensive lights we invested on are the ones for our MBR & BR2. Damages: $1490. Goods to be delievered on next Sat.
