Final major discussion with ID before start of renovation

Met Colin last night at his office. It's our last major discussion before our renovation starting on this Friday. The 2nd contract for all additional items with electrical works add up altogether is still less than $30K. *HaPPy He has been very helpful and keep giving opinions. We have confirmed our paint colors, electrical works, and most of our carpentry works. Pending on small KIV items for carpentry in terms of choices of laminates. That is not so urgent to finalized as we still hav 3 more weeks to think through. This is the paint colors we chosen for the house:

Supposingly H*B should handover the unit to us on Tue 10th Apr, but they forgotten the appointment! The status of the progress was disappointing. After this defect is rectified, another defect surfaced. My toilet doors got to redo. I don't need him to give me FOC doors, I want Good Condition doors even it means I have to pay $50ea for them.
