Renovation started: 13.04.07
Renovation started on Friday 13.04.07!! Colin accomodate to our Dong Gong timing, will only start hacking after 11am. Haulage of sand, tiles and materials are delivered to the house in the morning. He then briefed the workers of what was planned. His tiler spotted hollowness on the living balcony cement screed flooring, suggested to us to complain as defects and get hdb to hack away the flooring. Done as what he has told. After a long hoo-haa with hdb sub-con and technical officer (T.O), we managed to get the approval. Below are some photos of the messy house.
