Mr Limau has not view the unit yesterday so we went for lunch then reached house at 1.50pm thinking we were still early for the Plumbing appointment - installation of toilet bowl. Who knows the h*b plumber was already there. Thank goodness that our electrician was there to work today and opened the door for the plumber. Plumber was too early, he came at 12pm+, i think he will have left if we were not there to open door for him *&^%#@! The installation of the toilet bowl was not done properly too, he spoilt the press button. He kept used the clamp to clamp the button... said will give us new one, who know they don't have our kind. Ours are the newer model mah, they only have parts used by H*B... End up we rushed to Sim Siang Ch*on to get the $8 parts and rushed back house to get another senior hdb plumber to change the parts for us. argh....
Electrician Ah X**ng is a smiley person. Electrical works are 50% done up. He made a small error to the measurement of the ceiling work at living hall. The distance gap of halogen lights placing is abit out. Mr Limau spotted the mistake and address the issue Ah X**ng re-adjust the measurements quickly.
