Defects on 2 hollow tiles are rectified and done. Mr Limau's parents have use coins to knock and check ALL floor tiles. They have found 5 kind-of-hollow tiles but only 2 are unacceptable in RADAC's pt of view, ie more than 30% of the tiles are hollow.
Hairline cracks and significant 'cracks' found on walls will be rectified by painters, whom will be back for final painting after most/all of the reno works are done.
Carpentry had went for Timeout since last weekend. They need to fabricate glass and some carpentry work in the factory and bring them back again. Carpenters will resume work tomorrow 24.05.07, for 1-2 more days i believed.

Problem: We felt the heaters and shower head bar positions at both toilets are too low. ID & Plumber points of view is not wrong, and I have also asked around and its common that those are installed just above eye-level. But in our parents' houses, those are installed High Up, meaning the whole thing is above your head! We have made a simple marking on the weekend but on Tuesday 22.05.07, I went back flat alone (since Mr Limau is away) and make a specific rectangular masking tape marking on the wall. And of cos, with these changes there will be unsightly drilled holes on the toilet walls. Im vexing about it, and don't know if I should insist my way to ask Colin to change all affected tiles for me complimentary. He has been nice and I don't want to be nasty. Colin highlight to me that with the changes, the shower head water pipe might be dangling across the shelves and it will be abit out-of-reach for me. Thank goodness, Colin is accomodating and said 'do you still have extra hdb's white tiles?'. Yeah....
Lastly, plastering workers have plastered the holes on the ceiling and some other drilled areas.
Used to have some holes at the ceiling for accessing concealed cables. All sealed and plastered.
Speaker groove plastered.
Tentatively, the handover might be 2nd June. (^.^)=
